The Market Surveillance Inspection Body conducts inspections in accordance with the annual inspection program, as well as in specific cases provided for by the Law on Inspections.

The Inspection Body’s Risk Assessment and Analysis Department develops the draft program for the following year. It is approved by the MSIB Board of Management, after which the program is published on the MSIB website by December 1 of each year.

Changes may be made to the annual inspection program with the consent of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia. Such changes are also published on the Inspection Body’s website.
