– What information must be provided in a written application addressed to the Inspection Body?
The applicant’s first name, last name, and address; in the case of a legal entity, its full name and registered address; the name of the Inspection Body; the request stated in the application; a list of documents attached to the application; the year, month, and date of submission; the applicant’s signature and, in the case of a legal entity, its seal; telephone number; and other identification details (optional).
– What information can an applicant view by entering the assigned application code in the online system?
The status of their application, the date the application was received by the relevant body, the deadline for responding to the application, and the details of the official to whom they may address their questions.
– How can an application be submitted to the Ministry?
By email, by post, or in person (through the Ministry’s mailbox).
