9. Pricing procedure and prices (tariffs) in the field of activities and services;
10. List of information held by the institution and the procedure for managing such information;
11. Statistical and summary data on requests received, including grounds for refusal;
12. Sources for processing or obtaining the information specified in this Part;
13. Details of the person authorized to clarify the information specified in this Part.
